Changes to Governance and Bye-laws (2009)


In the last three years, the RSA has undertaken a major process of transformation which has reviewed every aspect of the organisation. Key to this is an assessment of governance arrangements.

During 2009, certain changes were proposed to our previous Bye-laws (approved in 2004). The overview of proposed changes (PDF, 89KB) outlines the changes to these Bye-laws, and the reasons behind them.
