My vision is an RSA that encourages and enables greater Fellowship involvement and networking in order to further its aims.

I have helped challenge the RSA’s thinking by pioneering several initiatives: Womens’ Voices, Fellows’ Voices, residential coffeehouses (2005), fellowship involvement strategy plan (2006), Voices in the Vaults (2006), the first fellow centric website (2007), participating in the early stages of OpenRSA and RSA Networks Platform. I’m currently organising an Open Space event in the East Midlands to look at how Fellows can contribute to local communities and serve as a catalyst for positive social progress.

My contributions to civil society have included advisor to RNID, Board member and Chair of Oxfordshire Cooperative Development Agency, Common Purpose and Women in Rural Enterprise (WIRE)

In my professional career I’ve helped turn around many major brands and worked with and influenced CEO’s and Boards of several of the world’s leading corporations in the Europe, USA and the Far East. (Castrol, France Telecom, Reuters, Fortis, Zurich Insurance…) but as importantly, I’ve also helped a number of not-for-profit organisations and start-up companies with business plans, marketing and  communication issues.

I’m passionate about the RSA being more inclusive in order to deliver positive change. We have come a long way but there is more we can do.
