In addition to a career in the private sector working for companies with both global reach and a number of smaller start up companies in both an executive and non-executive capacity, I have also spent a number of years in the public sector as an elected member with cabinet and executive leadership roles. My business career, focused initially in the software and technology sectors, has more recently covered intellectual property, renewable energy, philanthropic advice and corporate strategic advice. I live on the Somerset/Devon border in the Blackdown Hills, am married to Becky, an abstract artist, and keep bees and chickens.
