Vanessa Harrison
Vanessa Harrison is currently Finance Director for the Old Vic Theatre and Criterion Theatre, as well as Old Vic Productions PLC,the co-producer of Billy Elliot the Musical. Having qualified as a chartered accountant with HLB Kidsons in 2000, Vanessa joined Goldman Sachs, and prior to joining the world of theatre, she worked for Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Action on Addiction.
She has been a volunteer counsellor at Childline for over 3 years, and has a particular interest in young people and what it is that motivates them to be all they can be.
In 2009 she completed leg 2 of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, sailing from Rio to Cape Town, and now enjoys honing her sailing skills on the Solent whenever she can.
Vanessa grew up in Bristol and has a BA Honours in History and Politics from Lancaster University. Vanessa lives in London.
