Gordon Brown's Masterstroke

I got back from Wiltshire all ready to write abut what a masterstroke I thought Gordon Brown has pulled off bringing back Peter Mandelson (clever politics and good substance given that Peter was a very well respected Secretary of State in his previous tenure at DTI and now has all his European experience).
