To find records within the database you can search by: Keyword, Reference Number or Date or a combination of all three.

Keyword Search

First type in a keyword or phrase

  PHRASE AND OR 

Notes:

• Using PHRASE will return matches where all the words appear in the order specified.
• Typing AND between words will return matches where all of the words appear anywhere in the record.
• Typing OR between words will return matches where any of the words appear in the record.

Reference Number Search

Enter as much of a reference number as you know. The more you enter, the better the results.

Date Search

Select an option from the drop down box:

Exact Approx. Circa Between Early Mid Late Before After and enter a year (s)  and 

Query type: AND OR

Notes:

• AND will return records which match the keyword, reference number and date(s).
• OR will automatically return records which match either the keyword or the reference number or the date(s).
