Caroline Walsh

Commercial Director

Carrie is responsible for the catering and conference business and merchandising at the RSA. She is also in charge of the House, reception and telephone services. She joined the RSA as Commercial Director in November 2005.

With over 20 years experience in venue management and event operations, and 14 years managing teams and individuals, Caroline is a proven professional leisure industry manager.

Her core strengths lie in her exceptional planning and administration skills, allied with comprehensive industry knowledge, health and safety awareness and a strong focus on the customer.

In her previous role she was responsible for the effective and profitable operation of Wembley Arena and the adjoining 17000m2 exhibition halls and conference centre, with an annual turnover of £12 million.
