Jonathan Carr-West

Acting Head of Programme

Jonathan Carr-West is Acting Head of Programme and is responsible for the development and delivery of all of the RSA’s projects, lectures and events.

Jonathan was educated at Oxford and UCL where he taught in the French department whilst completing his doctorate. His academic background is in philosophy, francophone literature and social anthropology.

Prior to joining the RSA he worked for Common Purpose, an educational charity which promoted leadership in civil society. He has also worked in publishing, the wine trade and as a teacher.
