Chief Operating Officer

Steve is the director responsible for the finance department, budgeting, banking, accounting, payroll, pension schemes, trust funds, etc.

He oversees Development and Fundraising, Events, Human Resources, IT and Health and Safety. He is also secretary to the Finance and General Purposes Committee, Audit, Risk and Governance Committee and the Board of RSA Adelphi Enterprises Limited.

Steve joined the RSA in September 2006 after a short assignment as Finance Director at the Immigration Advisory Service and prior to that, two years with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as the Director for the UK's participation in the 2005 World Expo which took place in Japan.

Steve has spent most of his career in the private sector, latterly as Group Finance Director of the NRG Group an international office equipment business.

Steve is an Economics graduate from the University of Wales, FCMA, and supports Chelsea FC.
