With Sir Michael Lyons, Chairman, BBC
Chair: Matthew Taylor, Chief Executive, RSA
How will the media industry continue to meet the diverse and complex needs of consumers and citizens as society changes and technology develops at such a rapid pace? How can we ensure the interests of these most vital of stakeholders are central to the debate? How do you sustain the quality programmes and content they value most?
An extensive review of public service broadcasting is now underway with responses to Ofcom's first stage report required by June. The regulator's conclusions from this review will inform the Government's review of future funding of public service broadcasting which could lead to new legislation.
Join Sir Michael Lyons as he considers the BBC's response to these challenges.
