Michael Clarke is the Director of the Royal United Services
Institute.
He was formerly, since 1995, the Professor of Defence Studies at King's College London and the founding Director of both the Centre for Defence Studies and the International Policy Institute at King's. He is an adviser to the House of Commons Defence Committee.
