Lucy De Groot is Chair of a Children’s Services Improvement Board.
Lucy de Groot was previously executive director of IDeA and director of public services at HM Treasury.
Prior to that, Lucy was an associate director for the Audit Commission in 2000. Before that she was chief executive of Bristol city council from 1995 until 2000, where she had been head of policy from 1993. Other posts include head of policy for Lewisham and employment policy adviser for the Association of London Authorities.
