Klaus Hahlbrock
Klaus Hahlbrock is Professor emeritus of Biochemistry and was Director at the Max Planck Institute of Plant Breeding Research in Cologne as well as Vice President of the Max Planck Society. Klaus is author of Feeding the Planet: Environmental Protection through Sustainable Agriculture, in which he promotes conscious and responsible dealings with nature and with ourselves, and poses an important question: how can we maintain a viable and vital diversity of the species – including our own?
