Nicola Mendelsohn is President, IPA and Executive Chairman and Partner, Karmarama.
Armed with a degree in English and Drama Nicola Mendelsohn decided to embark on a career in Advertising in 1992. By 2003, she had risen to become a board director at BBH, before leaving for Grey London where she was promoted to Deputy Chairman in 2004. In 2008 she joined Karmarama as Partner and Chairman.
Campaign name her as their Top UK Business Development Director, and in the 2005 issue of Management Today she was listed in The Top 35 Women under 35.
Nicola is President of the IPA, Director of The Fragrance Foundation and Board Member of Cosmetic Executive Women. She is chair of the Corporate Board of Women's Aid and is a former president of WACL.
