Sally Morgan is an advisor to the Board of ARK (Absolute Return for Kids). She joined ARK in September 2005 from her post as Director of Government Relations at 10 Downing Street. Sally worked as a senior adviser to Tony Blair from 1995. Originally a secondary school teacher Sally has a BA (Hons) in Geography from Durham University, PGCE from London University and MA in Comparative Education from the Institute of Education. Sally was created a life peer in 2001 and served as a Cabinet Office Minister on Equalities.
