Andrew Shoben is the founder of greyworld.
Andrew has created art within the
public realm for 15 years. He founded greyworld, a world-renowned group of
artists who create public art in urban spaces, in 1993. Their work finds expression through the
mediums of installation, sculpture and multiples.
Notable installations include The Source for the London Stock
Exchange, unveiled by the Queen, Invisible
for Channel 4's Big Art Project in Burnley and Monument
to the Unknown Artist beside the Tate Modern.
Andrew is Professor of Public Art at
Goldsmiths University. He was nominated for a NESTA
fellowship in 2006, and lectures extensively around the world.
