Is it safe to pay over the internet?

Yes – the information you send to us is encrypted.

How do I know if I am using a Secure Site?

You can check your browser encryption strength by hovering your mouse over the padlock icon which is either in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window or alongside the address bar. It should be a closed padlock.

When is the service available?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is there an extra charge for renewing online?

No, there is no extra charge for renewing in this way.

How much do I owe?

Please refer to your most recent renewal or reminder notice for the amount that is due, or contact us if you do not have this.

Which cards do you accept?

You can pay by using Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX.

What is CV2 and why do I need to enter it?

CV2 stands for Customer Verification 2. Often known as the ‘security code’, it is the last three digits on the number printed on the signature strip on the reverse of your card. On an AMEX card it is a four digit number which appears on the front of the card. Providing this number helps to confirm that the person making the payment has possession of the card.

What happens once I've given you my credit/debit card details?

Once you've sent us your credit or debit card details, and the payment has been approved, your account will be debited.

Can I have a receipt?

Confirmation of a payment will be displayed after a payment is made, with a reference number. This can be printed. The email receipt will also be sent to the email address we have on file, if you enter an address on the payment detail page it will be copied to that email address as well. 

What if my payment is rejected?

What other methods are available to make renewal payments to the RSA?

As a charity we would prefer you to pay by Direct Debit as it keeps our costs low but we are happy to take payment by the following methods:

Direct Debits: you can set up a Direct Debit for regular payments. Please call 0207 451 6860 to set this up over the phone, or to obtain a form/mandate.
Credit/debit card: payments can be accepted by telephoning the Fellowship Team (on the number above) during office hours, Monday to Friday.
Cheque: you can also return your renewal/reminder form with a cheque in the post to:

I would like to change my contact details, how do I do this?
