Annual Dinner
29th May 2009
The Old Staff Common Room, Queen's University, Belfast at 7 p.m. (Map).
The guest speaker, Dr Pete Lunn, is currently studying how we respond, usually instinctively, when making choices, especially related to buying and selling. A whole new area of economic theory is currently developing on how we actually , and in light of our current financial turmoil, this is sure to be a fertile field of research and of interest to many Fellows, both personally and professionally.
If you have any interest in how economics can affect consumer policy and your future decisions, and after reading his recent article in the RSA Journal, you may wish to hear Pete first-hand.
If this is not a primary interest of yours, why not attend anyway to mix and mingle with members of the RSA and make, or renew, friendships.
Any-which-way, this should prove to be a stimulating evening with something for everyone.
The cost for the evening has been kept at the same rate as last year, £35 per person. If you think any of your friends or colleagues would appreciate coming, please feel free to invite them as well.
If you intend to attend, please confirm by email to either Paul Hermon (secretary) or myself. To book please download the form and post it and any cheques made payable to “RSA (Ireland)” to arrive no later than 15 May to:
