RSA Belfast Network - Talk on Galileo

This year has been the 400th anniversary of Galileo's telescope and, consequently, many celebrations have been held across Europe to highlight this (see here). There will be a formal scene-setting presentation from Dr John Lewis who will discuss “Truth & Propaganda in Images of the Trial of Galileo” followed by a general discussion.
