RSA Networks

Why RSA Networks?

The RSA Fellowship is a powerful national and international network of accomplished individuals. Fellows are encouraged actively to engage with all aspects of the RSA’s work and to develop their own local and issue based initiatives. Fellows bring a wealth of expertise and influence but more than that they bring a shared commitment to the values and working methods of our Society.

The RSA is exploring new ways of engaging and empowering Fellows to become a dynamic network of social change makers and transform the organisation into a dynamic hub for civic innovation. This process began following a series of conversations with Fellows that revealed a desire to engage more fully in our work. Fellows told us that they would like to find more meaningful ways of working together and of becoming active participants in delivering positive social change.

RSA Networks began as a project to transform and incentivise the RSA and its Fellowship to build new networks, stimulate new ideas and design new engagement processes. The lessons and ideas generated from the past few months have been integrated throughout the team and influence and steer our approach to developing networks amongst the Fellowship.
