Marion Simon
I joined the RSA in 2003 when a Senior Trade Union Official, and retired early from the movement in 2008.
Positions I hold at present include:
- Presiding Magistrate on the Harrogate Magistrates Bench and Deputy Chair of the Harrogate Bench.
- Member of The Secretary of State and Lord Chancellor’s Advisory Committee for North Yorkshire.
- Member of the Advisory Board for the Centre for Applied Human Rights at the University of York.
I am committed to the principles of the RSA, have previously been a member of the RSA Yorkshire Committee and set up and coordinate the RSA Harrogate Network. I am involved in the RSA Harrogate Community Hub funded by the RSA Catalyst Fund.
