Working space

Alongside offices for our staff, the public events programme and our function rooms, 8 John Adam Street, has a number of facilities for Fellows visiting central London.

Open discussion
8 John Adam Street is a bustling location for Fellows, clients and visitors, and everyone passes through the ground floor. There are four areas with seating for 4-6 people, as well as a white-board wall. Bring your best ideas and attract support from unexpected quarters.

Working lunches
Serving food and drink from 8.30am to 8pm, the Gerard Bar caters for everything from breakfast networking and lunchtime meetings, through to caffeine-fuelled afternoons at the laptop and evening drinks after a lecture.

The RSA Fellows’ Library
As well as its collection, the library hosts six computer terminals, space for seven laptops, and a reading room. Fellows are welcome to work in small groups, teleconference, or introduce themselves to each other over their keyboards, but please respect the needs of others.

Fellows anywhere in the UK can borrow almost all of the Library’s 8,000 items, in person or via Freepost. View the library catalogue online.
