Governance Review and Bye-laws (2011)

The RSA undertook a major Governance Review this year which has been approved at the AGM.

Our Governance Vision is: "To create an accountable, transparent and inclusive governance culture at the RSA, which is supported by a genuinely representative structure and which supports the directions, strategy, vision and aims of the RSA".

The Governance Review included changes that was made to the Bye-Laws (2009) and the proposed Bye-Laws were approved by the AGM on Wednesday 10 October 2011.
