Can I get a refund if I cannot make it?
Please be advised that there is a 30-day cancellation policy, and no refunds are available after Jan 10th, 2011. However, if a confirmed delegate is unable to attend on the day, they are more than welcome to adjust the attendee information to allow for an alternate delegate to attend in their place.
Are there discounts or concessions available?
We are aiming for a broad range of people to be able to attend the State of the Arts conference, and the Arts Council sponsorship of the event has ensured that places cost just £100 +VAT. Because of this existing subsidy we are not also able to offer either discounted or charity rates.
You can pay by Paypal, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, as well as by invoice.
Go to the booking site and click 'Order Now'.
On the registration screen underneath the 'Check out with Paypal' button on the bottom right, you will see 'Other Payment Options'. Click on the 'Show' link, and click on the orange 'Send Invoice' button which appears. See an example
We will send you an invoice via email. You can expedite the process by providing us with a fax number. Your ticket will not be valid until we have confirmed that we have received your payment.
How do I buy a ticket using a credit card?
We use Paypal to process credit card transactions. Please follow the step by step instructions below.
Step 1: Go to the State of the Arts conference Eventbrite page.
Select '1' under Quantity and click 'Order Now'.

Step 2: Fill in the form in full. Click on 'Checkout with Paypal' when you are done.

If paying by invoice, select 'Show', otherwise proceed to Step 3.
Proceed to 'Send Invoice'
Step 3: If you get this screen, click on 'Continue'
Step 4: Enter your name, card details and the address the credit card is registered with.
*If you are using a company credit card and you get a warning saying the credit card is already registered with Paypal, please check with your accounts department and ask if they can log-in to Paypal for you.
Step 5: Confirm your payment. Click on the yellow 'Pay Now' button at the bottom of the page.

How do I get a VAT receipt?
Email us the confirmation email you received when you booked, and we will send you a VAT receipt.
How can I contribute? Can I download materials post-event?
Conference material will be made available here on the State of the Arts conference website after the event. You can also contribute to the conference via social networking sites such as Twitter:#SOTA11 and Facebook.
