Opening hours: The Vaults are open weekdays from noon until 2:30pm, and over the weekend for special events.

The Vaults restaurant is situated in atmospheric, former riverfront warehousing three floors below ground. The entire area was affectionately renovated and restored in the late 1980’s, exposing the original eighteenth century brickwork. The unusual design of the space gives the restaurant a unique atmosphere which complements the food and service style, providing a relaxed and intimate environment to enjoy a sumptuous meal.

Call us on 020 7930 5115. Diners are welcome to bring up to five guests. We recommend that you book at least 24 hours in advance.

All taxable profits made by The Vaults Restaurant are donated each year to the RSA by gift aid to support the charitable work of the RSA.

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee 'a weekend to remember'

Our Patron, Queen Elizabeth II, celebrates the 60th anniversary of her coronation with a weekend filled with events and excitement.

On Sunday 3 June, over one thousand boats will muster on the River Thames in preparation for Her Majesty the Queen to take part in the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant. The Pageant will start at Battersea at 2pm and will pass by Westminster Bridge between 3 and 4pm.

On Tuesday 5 June, Her Majesty will attend a Thanksgiving service at St Paul's Cathedral and a lunch at Westminster Hall, followed by a procession of carriages which will take the Royal Family through Trafalgar Square to Buckingham Palace. View the processional route

Special Jubilee carvery at RSA House

RSA House will join the celebrations by offering a special Jubilee carvery in the Vaults Restaurant on both days for Fellows and their guests. View our Jubilee carvery menu (PDF, 89KB)

Start your lunch with either a glass of Pimm's, 'Britain in a glass' or a selection of great wines whilst you and your guests gather. Televisions will be available so that you can follow the day's events.

Proceed to your table to share a selection of truly British starters and a medley of delicious main courses and puddings.

Finish your celebration with a relaxing coffee and petit fours, before heading out to see either the Pageant or the Royal Family Procession.
