Environment

The RSA has a long history of involvement with environmental issues. Today, this commitment is more important than ever. We recognise that progress can only be real if it is sustainable: economically, socially and environmentally.

In order to achieve greater environmental sustainability we need to build new forms of understanding, change our personal behaviours and develop institutional and public policy contexts that encourage this.

Our work seeks both to inspire change in individuals' lifestyles and to understand how we can act collectively to achieve greater impact.
