Area Manager

£27,879 per annum + benefits

35 hours per week, permanent,home based within Central England, with frequent travel

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Area Manager to deliver and support Fellows activity at a local level which will enhance Fellows’ experience as part of our overall Fellowship strategy. You’ll be joining an enthusiastic UK based team who lead on several important areas of work including the organisation of networking events and enable connections between the Fellows. You will have a strong understanding how to mobilise people and bring them together to achieve impact, helping Fellows deliver their own RSA activity including events and networks.

Senior Researcher

Circa £38,902 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits

35 hours per week, permanent, based in London WC2

Senior Researchers at the RSA develop and lead a diverse portfolio of research projects, thought leadership work and practical innovations. They undertake research, writing, networking, influencing, fundraising and project management duties. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, creative thinker, researcher, policy analyst and programme leader, with a passion for improving outcomes for young people, and a broader interest in issues relating to creative learning and development across the lifecycle. In this role, the post-holder will work on a range of desk-based and action research projects, with the new two and a half year, £2.5 million Learning About Culture programme the post-holder’s primary responsibility.

Creative Learning and Development Coordinator

Circa £24,924 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits

35 hours per week, permanent, based in London WC2

The RSA, working in partnership with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF), is about to launch a two and a half year project to measure the impact of cultural learning on the attainment, personal development and future prospects of primary and secondary school pupils. You will be expected to support the successful implementation of this project by organising and facilitating events and meetings and undertaking other administrative tasks as may be required to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the RSA’s Creative Learning and Development team.

Full time, with consideration given to part time, fixed term up to 14 months, based in London WC2 

The RSA is in the process of implementing an ambitious culture change programme and the HR function has an important role to play in this process. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an HR work programme to implement the necessary changes to meet current and future strategic requirements in line with the desired culture.
