Deputy Head of Engagement
Circa £38,902 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits
35 hours per week, based in London WC2
Are you ready to lead engagement work with RSA Fellows and other stakeholders to bring about positive social change? Have you got what it takes to ensure that Fellows play a core part in achieving the RSA’s mission, including the development of projects, delivering research and implementation of project recommendations? If you want to be part of developing an innovative new approach to making social change, then this is the role for you.
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience of participation, volunteer management and increasing engagement; the ability and gravitas to contribute to strategy and drive change across an organisation; excellent interpersonal skills; a strong self-starter and knowledge of communications channels and understanding how to most effectively use them to maximise impact.
