Digital Project Manager (maternity cover)
£31,414 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits
35 hours per week, fixed term maternity cover contract, based in London WC2
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager (Maternity Leave) with experience across a range of digital disciplines and a passion for website innovation. You will manage the ongoing development of the RSA’s website to ensure that it remains stable, innovative and user-focussed. Responding to the requirements of colleagues across the organisation, you will proactively suggest website improvements and project manage new design and functionality developments.
You will also liaise with our external developers to oversee day-to-day maintenance requests. Using your understanding of our CMS, marketing automation, and CRM platforms, you will manage data gathering and marketing functions. You will also create and manage website updates, and occasionally support your colleagues in the digital team to manage website content.
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience of CMS systems (ideally Episerver and WordPress), web design and build, SEO, and email marketing. You will also need to have a proven understanding of development methodology and the opportunities, limitations and benefits of different technical approaches.
You will be required to make informed recommendations to colleagues based on this knowledge and experience, and will need to be comfortable and confident communicating technical solutions in accessible and practical language to colleagues with varying technical understanding.
