National Director - RSA US
$60,000 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits
4 days per week, based in New York City
As the National Director you will have the opportunity to shape and develop a strategy in close coordination with the RSA US Board and have the opportunity to cultivate RSA networks in key cities throughout the US. In this exciting role you will also be responsible for managing all US Fellowship events which provide an opportunity for US Fellows to share their insight, expertise and enthusiasm for positive social change.
You will have significant project management experience and a proven track record and ability to point to specific examples of developing and operationalizing strategies that have taken an organization to the next stage of growth. You must have experience of initiating, managing and delivering events and be able to develop collaborative working relationships, meeting and working with people at all levels and from a diverse range of professions, backgrounds and interests.
You must also have past success working with a Board of Directors/Trustees with the ability to cultivate existing board member relationships and meet Board reporting and governance.
Please note that the role will be wholly based in the USA and the postholder will be directly employed by RSA US.
