Fellowship Administrator

Circa £24,924 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits

35 hours per week, based in London WC2          


This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and motivated administrator to support the Fellowship Services team.

As a key member of the Fellowship Services team, you will be an excellent, flexible administrator with demonstrable customer service expertise, able to engage with staff, stakeholders, and Fellows to deliver exemplary administrative support. Using your clear and engaging written and verbal communication skills, you will manage a busy inbox and be the key interface between the Fellowship department and Fellows in writing, by telephone, and in person when giving tours of RSA House.

You will have excellent team working skills as well as the ability to work independently, balancing and prioritising your own work load. You will be articulate and interested in providing comprehensive administrative support to both the Services team and to Fellows, as well as developing your knowledge of the Fellows' areas of the RSA website to provide user guidance. Using your excellent IT skills and experience of using databases, you will understand the importance of data protection and will pay scrupulous attention to detail and accuracy.
