Front of House Assistant

£21,430 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits

35 hours per week, permanent role, based in London WC2


An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Front of House team to support the delivery of a five star service to clients using our amazing venue.

With previous customer care experience customer services skills, the ability to use Microsoft packages and communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels, and the ability to lift heavy loads; you will be the face of the RSA, welcoming all visitors in an efficient and courteous manner, setting up and servicing meeting rooms to pre-agreed standards and providing information and sign posting to visitors as required.

This is an exciting time to be joining the RSA following the refurbishment of several meeting rooms and the ground floor areas, helping us to fulfil our goal to be a leading London venue. The successful post holder will be provided with on the job training to ensure the continued delivery of an excellent front of house service to all clients.
