HR Manager (family leave cover)

Circa £45,891 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience) + benefits

Full time, with consideration given to part time

Fixed term family leave cover up to 14 months, based in London WC2      

 

The RSA is in the process of implementing an ambitious culture change programme and the HR function has an important role to play in this process. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an HR work programme to implement the necessary changes to ensure that we are in a strong position to recruit, develop, motivate, performance manage, reward and retain the skills required to meet current and future strategic requirements in line with the desired culture.     

To carry out this wide ranging and varied role you must be comfortable operating at a strategic level, dealing with the executive team and trustees, but also be happy delivering the more operational aspects of an HR function.  You will be CIPD qualified, with solid experience of organisational development and working with colleagues to deliver a customer focused HR service in line with best practice.
