Interim HR Advisor
£38,902 per annum + benefits
35 hours per week, fixed term family leave cover to December 2016, based in London WC2
We are looking for a highly experienced, personable and professional HR advisor to join our busy and friendly HR team on an interim basis.
You will provide a first rate, proactive and customer focused HR advisory service and play a key role on HR development projects. You will work closely with line managers to coach and advise them on the full range of HR issues to ensure positive and proactive outcomes, and oversee day to day delivery of our resourcing, training and reward strategies to ensure that we recruit, develop and retain the talent required to achieve our organisational goals. You will also work closely with the HR Assistant to ensure the effective delivery of all day to day HR processes, and the overall HR service on the HR manager's non-working days.
With indepth working knowledge of HR legislation and best practice and proven experience of effectively advising and coaching line managers in a range of HR and complex employee relations matters you will have the ability to quickly develop collaborative working relationships, working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You will be highly organised, with experience of working in a generalist HR role and able to deliver effective recruitment campaigns and training programmes, manage HR projects and deliver robust administrative and management information processes including payroll.
