Amy manages the Catalyst Fund, the small grant awards programme designed to support Fellow-Led Projects in creating positive social change and innovation. She also manages the emerging RSA Crowdfunding initiative, and is excited to increase Fellows’ reach in making real change around the world, aligned with the RSA’s Key Themes.
With a background in comedy and theatre, Amy became a specialist in Post 16 education and NEET-prevention (Not in Education, Employment or Training) in disadvantaged areas of the UK. After managing a Post 16 department in a London Academy, she went onto design and oversee Arts Education interventions and Education Advisory programmes for a youth coaching charity, with particular focus on developing young peoples’ cultural education. She is currently studying a Masters in Psychodynamic Consulting and Leadership at the Tavistock & Portman.
