Food, Farming & Countryside Commission Intern

Elliot is an intern at the Food, Farming & Countryside Commission where he is supporting the Public Engagement organisation.

Elliot trained as a chef and has worked all over the world, from Denmark to Australia to Ecuador. Interested in wild food, he teaches foraging, butchery and off-grid cooking at Hunter Gather Cook. His main interests are creating a more environmentally sustainable food system and making good quality, nutritious food accessible to all.
