Elliot is Engagement & Communications Co-ordinator at the Food, Farming & Countryside Commission.

Elliot trained as a chef and has worked all over the world - from Denmark to Australia to Ecuador. Interested in wild food, he teaches foraging, butchery and off-grid cooking at Hunter Gather Cook. His interests include creating a more environmentally sustainable food system and making good quality, nutritious food accessible to all.
