Tom is Head of Enterprise Design.
Tom is an innovation and digital strategist with a specialism in education and youth engagement.
He has led education innovation programmes at Nesta and Big Change focusing on systems change and collaboration design. He has also produced digital products and content for young audiences for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
