But it has also seen an unprecedented response from the Government (particularly through the job retention ‘furlough’ scheme) trade unions, employers, civil society, and communities.

The RSA is exploring how use the recovery to create a new ‘social contract’ where individual, workers, and families can expect good work and financial security.
