In this recording you can hear Anne Faulkner, from UK Online Centres, and Stephen Dodson from the DC10Plus network, discussing the importance of community development approaches to digital inclusion, and the importance of social capital as a concept to link together the economic discourses of Digital Britain, with grass roots discourses from community ICT projects.
