It is the launch of the Social Capital Innovation Network tomorrow at the RSA.

We will be bringing together policy makers, commissioners, academics, front line public sector workers, activists and a range of other people who are interested in new ways to build social capital.

We will have three short presentations. The first will be from Malcom Scovil who has organised a network of people with an interest in social enterprise. The next will be from Professor David Morris with his thoughts on social capital and mental wellbeing. Finally, we will hear from Stephen Feber on the relevance of social networks to regeneration. All three presenters are fellows of the RSA.

We will then facilitate an open space networking session where people can mingle and discuss.

For those of you who use twitter, the hashtag for day will be #rsascin

We will be organising more events in the New Year and we have set up an online network for people to communicate about these issues.

If you would like to join you must first sign up to the RSA’s social network site. This just takes a second, and you do not have to be a member of the RSA to join.

To sign up follow this link;
