Join us for an evening of inspiration and spectacle to celebrate the re-opening of the RSA House following our recent exciting renovation.

Explore the House, meet our award-winning Student Designers, learn more about our most innovative projects, enjoy an exclusive premiere of the new RSA Animate, and marvel at the magic of our very special guest, techno-illusionist, Marco Tempest.

The evening will feature presentations from:

  • Virtual magician and techno-illusionist, Marco Tempest
  • RSA Student Design Award Alumni eco-inventor extraordinaire and Pavegen founder Laurence Kemball-Cook and passionate social designer and guide-dog harness innovator James Langdon
  • The premiere of the all new RSA Animate with a chance to meet Andrew Park the 'hairy hand' behind the illustrations
  • Maria Ana Neves from Plan Zheroes will be presenting their interactive map which connects businesses which have surplus food with nearby charities that need it.
  • Sophie Thomas and Nat Hunter will be talking about The Great Recovery, an RSA project that is launching in September 2012 which seeks to fill the knowledge and innovation gaps associated with designing for a circular economy model.
  • And the first ever showing of a new series of videos from the RSA, RSA Shorts.
