Join us for a hands-on Christmas Printmaking session to create unique festive cards & artworks with artist and printmaker Seán Myers.
About the workshop: In a one-hour session, you’ll create your own photo-transfer prints using a simple yet beautiful printmaking process that blends photography with painterly texture. Working with colour laser copies, acetone and hand-burnishing techniques, you’ll produce a unique A5 print that is perfect for framing or turning into a Christmas card. You will even be given the information on how to do this digitally if you wish.
All materials and festive imagery will be provided, but if you’d like to make your print truly personal, you can send your own photo or image in advance to seanmyersprint@gmail.com (by Fri 5 Dec). Seán will bring your image ready to print on the day. You’ll take home at least one finished print and possibly more, depending on your pace!

About the artist:
Seán Myers has been teaching Experimental Printmaking at Central Saint Martins for over 30 years. His work has been exhibited at RSA House and the London Original Print Fair at Somerset House.
