A warm welcome to Health and Care Fellows and anyone interested in the value of conversation around death.

Introducing our panel on compassionate community care at end of life; an important and often overlooked conversation –

  • Tienga Ngale: West London Death Cafe Co-Facilitator
  • Libby Sallnow: Academic in public health approaches to death and dying. Lead author for Lancet Commission on the Value of Death
  • Guy Peryer FRSA: Director of education and research at St Christopher’s hospice in South London
  • Your hosts from RSA Health and Care, Marc Goblot FRSA and Penelope Woolfall FRSA

We envisage this event as the first in a series of talks and workshops on this vital, yet often overlooked, topic. We invite you to come together, embrace the conversation and prepare to challenge your thoughts on death and dying in our communities, honouring and embracing issues so rarely discussed.

We would love to hear your feedback.
