Connection Session: a gentle start to 2026

Join the US Fellowship community for a one-hour virtual gathering designed to help us reconnect as we enter 2026 — a space to see familiar faces, make new connections, and take a collective breath amid full calendars and fast-moving days.

This February gathering is intentionally simple and spacious. There are no speakers and no strict agenda — just time to be present with one another. Through lightly facilitated circles and breakout conversations, we’ll create room for reflection, listening, and connection across geography, sectors, and lived experience.

Whether you’re newly welcomed into the Fellowship or have been part of this community for years, this gathering is an opportunity to prioritize relationship-building and presence — to remember that the strength of our work is rooted in the people beside us.

What to expect during our time together:

• Connection circles & breakout spaces: small-group conversations that invite meaningful exchange and mutual learning
  
• Seasonal reflection: gentle prompts to help us reflect on where we are as we begin the year — what we’re carrying, what we’re hoping for, and what we want to move toward together
  
• Open, relational space: time to listen, share, and connect without pressure or performance

Taking part in RSA US online events

At RSA US, we host interactive online events designed to foster connection, dialogue, and community among Fellows. We use Zoom for these gatherings, and you’ll receive joining details by email after registering. Some events may be recorded, and by attending, you acknowledge that your name or image may appear in public recordings. If there are any accommodations we can provide to support you in participating fully, please reach out to the RSA US team at general.us@thersa.org and we will be happy to support in whatever ways we can.

Our online events, especially our monthly Virtual Salons, typically held on the third Thursday of the month, have been developed as a space to have meaningful, inclusive dialogue across geography and perspective, and are often supported by volunteer moderators. We invite all Fellows to join us in showing up at our events with care and curiosity, and encourage all participants to review our Rules of Engagement so that we can best support one another in these spaces. We also warmly welcome Fellows who are interested in co-creating an event with us to reach out via email at general.us@thersa.org.
