Almost 90% of disease is caused or complicated by stress but on a physical level, not many people are aware of this problem.
In order to live a more conscious life, our awareness needs to expand. Stress creates the opposite effect: it contracts our awareness to an extent that inhibits our capacity to live creatively and impedes our personal growth.
There are tried and tested ways to manage stress more efficiently, and in this session we will explore these technique and learn how to use them effectively. These are learnings that you can expect from our time together:
