What if... London Pedestrians had the right of way everywhere, all of the time?
A collective thought experiment -- Six groups of six tackle a key public policy issue from new points of view.
6.30 Networking, some light finger food available, plus cash bar
7.00 Brief intro followed by talk by Christian Wolmar
7.15 Group discussions with facilitator.
Each table considers a particular dimension of the policy challenge.
Each group of six spends 10 minutes at each table.
By the end of the sixth session there is a narrative, or a list of issues at least, concerning that dimension.
8.30 Brief reports from each table and discussion
9.00 Closing statement — next event etc, followed by another half hour of so of networking
