Meet internationally renowned and award winning writer and activist Nawal El Saadawi.
Dr Nawal has agreed to meet a small group of Progressives in our intimate space (max 30 people) where we will be able to have a dialogue with her on topics and issues of the day - so everyone who wants to ask questions should have ample time to do so! Don't be surprised if she also challenges us on what we are doing, collectively as artist activists and change makers in the UK for our art!
Her philosophy on creativity is that to be truly creative, you must be dissident.
