In Birmingham there is a growing social and civic innovation community that is driving forward social entrepreneurship, social investment, civic innovation and social change in our city.

Impact Hub Birmingham believes this is facilitated by collaboration, openness and trust that transcends traditional barriers. Thrive (Birmingham’s Corporate Social Responsibility network) are hosting an evening to explore what the role of corporates and professional services could be in building a better city.

Challenging the traditional way CSR is viewed and done the evening will explore questions such as:

  • What should the role of corporates be in the social economy, the local economy and the shared economy?

  • What role do platforms have for the future of CSR?

  • How do you bring together diverse interests and skills to build a better, fairer city?

There is no charge to attend but prior registration is essential as places are limited; you will receive formal confirmation of your place a week before the event.

To register, please simply email Thrive Events Admin giving your Name, Job/Title and Organisation.
