This month the RSA London Mindfulness Network will host Jamie Bristow, Director of the Mindfulness Initiative, which is helping the Mindfulness All-Party Parliamentary Group conduct the inquiry into how mindfulness could be incorporated into UK services and institutions.
Jamie will provide Fellows with an update on how the resulting report, Mindful Nation UK, will address the policy areas of health, education, workplace and criminal justice and discuss the challenges and implications of scaling up access.
The aim of the RSA London Mindfulness Network is to engage, educate and inspire Fellows to practise mindfulness and empower them to mainstream mindfulness in their lives and communities.
Join us for our June event, which, in addition to the update on the All-Parliamentary Mindfulness Initiative, will comprise a series of facilitated mindfulness exercises which will introduce beginners to mindfulness and give those who already practise, new ways to integrate mindfulness into their daily thoughts, words and actions
